AIR INDIA LAUNCHES DIRECT FLIGHTS FOR THE SECTOR NEW DELHI / TEL-AVIV / NEW DELHI

Air India has announced a direct flights for New Delhi / Tel Aviv / Delhi flights which will fly over Saudi Arabia and hence reducing the duration of the travel shorter by two hours.

Air India flight operate using Dreamliner three times in a week. Starting on 22 Mar 2018. The present schedule will be departure New Delhi at 1800hrs arriving Tel Aviv at 2145 hrs and return flight departs at 2315 hrs and arriving New Delhi at 1000 hrs next day.


INDIGO & GO-AIR AIRLINES

With recent updates from both print and electronic media in India, we have come to know that Indigo airlines and Go air – the two prime low cost no frill airlines operating in India are cancelling few flights due to grounding of some of their aircrafts for safety reasons.

We would like to inform all travellers to make sure to keep checking for any delays or cancellations and also suggest travellers who have immediate onward international connections to their home countries, to book earlier flights and in this case you can decide on alternates if your flights are cancelled or delayed.


GOOD NEWS FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING THROUGH MUMBAI AIRPORT

Starting from 15 March 2016, Jet airways will operate all domestic services from Terminal T2 of Mumbai international airport

Gate number 07 at level 4 will give you an easy access to the jet airways counter.

Minimum transit time from domestic to international flights is 75 minutes and from international to Domestic flights is 90 minutes


Air India shifts domestic operations to T2 terminal at Mumbai

Starting October 1, 2015, Air India has relocated its domestic operations from the Santa Cruz airport to Terminal 2 (T2) of the Mumbai airport to integrate its international operation with domestic flights. The move will also help members of Star Alliance to easily transfer passengers

With this, Air India would make Mumbai its second hub after Delhi. Air India have moved our entire operations under one roof, which is much more efficient way of handling transfers and provide the best experience to passengers.

From T2, Air India will operate 63 flights out of Mumbai, of which 52 are to domestic destinations.



Air India promotes San Francisco flight with offer

Air India, which will introduce a direct flight connecting New Delhi and San Francisco from December 2015, has offered complementary domestic Executive (Business) class return ticket for First class and Business class passengers who would be booking in this new sector.

"This offer is available on tickets booked between October 1, 2015 and January 15,2016, which can be availed on travel between December 2,2015 and January 31, 2016. Applicable taxes will be paid by passenger. The Passenger may also give the award ticket to any of his nominee."

Singapore Airlines introduces new premier economy class

Singapore airlines has offered discounts in Economy and Tickets in the Premium Economy class, which are 45 to 60 per cent costlier than economy class, are available on the Airbus A380 services from both Delhi and Mumbai to Singapore and onwards to Sydney, Hong Kong, Auckland, Frankfurt and Los Angeles

This new class with seats having more leg space and recline is being introduced after a two year development programme and an investment of about $80 million to introduce premium Economy is in response to feedback received from customers which highlighted the increasing global acceptance for this new cabin class
